Off-plan property images: explain what is proposed

Label proposed property visuals clearly and distinguish agreed design, optional furniture and illustrative surroundings before publication.

A visual presentation of an unbuilt property should help readers understand the proposal without confusing it with a photograph of completed work. Clear labels belong alongside the image, not only in a separate document.

Identify the image type

Use a straightforward caption such as “proposed visualization” or “illustrative interior concept” when accurate. Distinguish current photographs from renders in mixed galleries. Keep the label when images are reused in brochures or social posts.

Separate fixed and optional features

Confirm which finishes, fittings and outdoor elements are included in the represented proposal. Mark furniture packages, upgrades or alternative layouts as optional where applicable. A decorative object can create an expectation if its status is unclear.

Approve against the latest information

Have the responsible project team compare the images with the current specification before publication. Record the approved version and withdraw superseded marketing assets from active use. Projects3ds can incorporate agreed labels and visual changes; the seller or project owner should confirm the accuracy of the offer and any required disclosures.
